      <image:title>About Dr. Rosen - About Dr. Rosen</image:title>
<image:caption>Dr. Rosen is an Osteopathic Physician who specializes in Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine (OMM), with a focus on Cranial and Biodynamic Osteopathy. After Dr. Rosen completed four years of pre-med undergraduate study, he then attended the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine for four years and graduated in 1997. His first post-graduate year was spent at Long Beach Hospital on Long Island doing a hospital-based general medical internship. Then, Dr. Rosen spent two years specializing in OMM at one of the premier residencies in the country at St. Barnabas Hospital, Bronx, NY. Residents consult and integrate OMM in the care of hospitalized patients, newborn babies and postpartum women, and for the community in outpatient clinics. Dr. Rosen has been in practice in the Hudson Valley since 1999, first in New Paltz and Rhinebeck and now at Stone Ridge Healing Arts, as a founding owner, since 2005. A licensed Physician in the state of New York, he is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, the New York State Osteopathic Medical Society, the American Academy of Osteopathy, and the Osteopathic Cranial Academy. He welcomes you to his practice. Dr. Rosen also teaches medical students OMM as an Adjunct Professor at Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine in Middletown, NY. He was on the staff for the inauguration of the school in 2014, and has been teaching there since. He is working enthusiastically to usher in the next generation of physicians, encouraging the integration of Osteopathic Manipulation into their future practices.</image:caption>

<image:caption>Dr. Rosen treats newborns and children of all ages. Children are very fluid and resilient in healing, but when complications of delivery or trauma and illness in childhood are not healed, this can lead to compensation and integration of these patterns into the developing body. Osteopathy can also help if problems are lingering or recurrent. He also treats pregnant women to help them tolerate pregnancy better, prepare for an easier delivery and recover postpartum.</image:caption>

<image:caption>Dr. Rosen treats many patients with headaches and migraines, as well as the effects of concussion, head trauma, dental trauma, and traumatic brain injury. While there are many factors in these common problems, Osteopathy is typically very helpful to reduce the severity, frequency, and duration of these symptoms, and in some cases, resolve them entirely. While pain medications are helpful in coping with the symptoms, Dr. Rosen can help the body heal the underlying cause with gentle Cranial and Biodynamic Osteopathy.</image:caption>
